i know, i was being sarcastic offcourse  ;)

It's a good point though, because honestly I really don't think he needs Dre. But I think for some musical direction in some of his songs he is missing that input from him.

i said it before, and i'll say it again: he needs a good executive producer.

doesn't have to be Dre.

How about Cube?
He did a good job with WC´s last album and it would fit Game´s concept.

That is not a bad idea. I like it. And musically it fits.

nah i think he needs somebody that's more experienced with producing.

don't think Cube can pick the right producers anyway.

Cube has executive produced alot of albums. I really don't think production wise he would alter Game's playlist beatwise that much if any.

Cube has executive produced alot of albums. I really don't think production wise he would alter Game's playlist beatwise that much if any.

there's a difference between being listed as an executive producer and having a lot of experience with producing.

i know that Cube can make beats, but imo he's not really experienced with producing.

on a side note, can you name a couple of albums that cube executive produced?

Mack 10 debut
K-Dee
Bow Down
Kausion
I believe he did 1 Kam album and a couple of Yo-Yo's
Most of his solo stuff

I know I am forgetting some but that is off the top of my head. I believe he did one of Del's also.

that's mostly inhouse  :P

i'm not saying he didn't deserve the credit, but this does make it hard to judge if he really deserved the credit.

anyway, i think a good executive producer needs to be a very experienced producer, which i think is not the case with Cube.

he can make beats, and perhaps give some directions too, but he's mainly a rapper.

Lench Mob's 1st one also. Well in house or not I see your point. But in Cube's defense, he has made some nice beats on alot of those albums and most did have a good musical direction to them. As far as the credit that can be questioned with anyone. Hell look at all the criticism Dre gets. So that will always be questioned. But yeah as far as a artist. Cube does a good job. Great? No not all the time but definitely good most of the time.

yeah but Dre has proven himself as a producer, while Cube hasn't imo.

How about The D.O.C then?

that's a tough one, but he would seem more suitable than Cube.

the D.O.C. is closer to Game, and i think in general D.O.C. has a good good insight of what's suitable for the artist ( when it comes to concepts, direction etc.)

D.O.C. has done some production as well, although it's hard for me to imagine how it went down, as his stuff was mostly inhouse either.
he has definitely proven himself as a writer and a coach, so i think he would give great directions.

like rappers will retire before their 50th birthday nowadays.
