Dude has covered the Lakers for a long time and on ESPN today he was talking about game 6 from WCF w/ Lakers and Kings.  Him along w/ Michael Wilbon who were both in the front row during that whole game said there is no doubt that something was going on and the Kings were definitely the better team but that was hands down the worst officiating in a NBA Game they had ever seen and they have seen alot.

Watching some of those highlights right now is as disturbing as it is amazing,  what a load of crap.  Sacramento was so much fucking better,  what a load of shit that rigged game was.   Good to see Plaschke who covers LA speak the truth, the whole country (minus Laker fans)  knows what the fuck was up,  what a shame.

He said that whole game him along w/ his colleagues kept on saying what the hell is going on here,  they knew something was going on,  it was obvious to see unless you had your Laker blinders on.

might be... but Kings still never won game 7, and game 5 the Lakers should have won. So it is what it is.

I'm not gonna get into it about his comments on the NBA, but Plaschke is a fucking idiot.  He's the worst sports writer in L.A.  I know 4 year olds with better logic than his ass.

doesnt change the fact that along w/ wilbon they were at the game and knew during the whole game something wrong was going on,  the whole country knew.

He's also at a lot of Dodger games, and anytime he talks about the Dodgers it's just a pathetic piece of shit story.  A true sports reporter would have questioned the game the day after it happened.  Not after shit pops.

Sometimes he  rivals Steve "the Dildo" Dilbeck of the L.A. Daily News for the Weenie-Writers Award.... but on the other hand... L.A. is one of the few places that has dissenting voices in our papers. Most cities sportswrtiers are total ball-lickers of their teams.

LMAO@"Sacramento was so much fucking better"...we're talking about the threepeat Lakers here. One of the (if not THE) greatest teams in basketball history. Why are you so fucking stuck on this Game 6? If Game 6 was rigged, SO IS ALL OF THE NBA. What don't you fucking get? That means that some games in the series were rigged for the Kings to win, yet you decide to focus on this one game when it's something that affects the whole league. :grumpy:

As if sending Shaq to the line was an advantage for us.... It was actually to our disadvantage that he was shooting 2 instead of making 2 under the basket.

Yup...and Kings actually used the hack-a-Shaq method in the 4th quarter of that game...Also, 6 of the 27 free throws were because the Kings were intentionally fouling to stay in the game during the closing minute. Funny how everyone forgets to mention all that. ::)

you know what pisses me off about all of this? No One outside of this board is mentioning how badly game 5 was called. game 5 was HANDED to the kings. so why is everyone jumping on the lakers' case? Because they won....bitches please. we hit the shots and went down to the wire. i don't see how the kings "a superior team" are above that.... ::)

i vaguely remember game 2 but i remember being really pissed off after game 2 because of the foul trouble the lakers were in (kinda like game 2 of this years' finals)

I heard the 2001 playoffs were crooked aswell .. no way this pathetic team could have gone 15-1 ... LOL at the average watching ESPN and thinking it's like the truth .. in Game 7 , Kings missed a LOT of FTS and Peja airballed a wide open 3 in the clutch .. 4 real the Kings were robbed  ::)
