I've been providing it.That's how this NEW music industry works..The Mainstream Machine would be forcing me down your throats right now..I rather you accept me and then make a return visit on your own..I Put Myself Out.. Cause Aint Nobody Gonna Do It Better Than Me!"The CONFERENCE" Drops TOMORROW on DUBCNN!
Thanks for the reply Shade. I love it how you are communicating with us fans like this. Shade---So if you and Fly have been cool for a few years now, how come you guys haven't collaborated on anything yet? That dude is the future of the new Westcoast movement with his Westurn Union thing he's got going on. It wouldn't be a bad idea to get something going with him...but just on one or two songs, and mainly with you and Krayzie Bone or other big name guys. I don't want him doing a bunch of mixtapes or being on songs with a bunch of your start-up groups. I don't want his catalog to get diluted a bunch, he pretty much stays away from the mixtape scene (other than the Westurn Union mixtape to promote the album), which is a good thing. I know some people like to see their favorite rappers on like 40 songs a year and jump on everyone's shit, but i'd rather listen to Soopafly on only about 10 new songs a year so he can take his time and make sure they are bangers. He won't put his voice or production on just anything, and I respect The Man for that. But I know you have the ability to release some bangers, so you guys have my blessing to do a few songs together.Yeah, him and Snoop were in Amsterdam a month or so ago, I had a thread here about it, so that's true. You always make Krayzie Bone sound so smooth on your beats, can't wait to hear the new Bone song you got commin....but PLEASE do something with Soopafly! But keep Snoop away from the project. That dude's on some hollywood country tip right now, us real rap fans aren't feeling him at all anymore. Soopafly is who we are feeling now, he's going to take Westcoast rap into the next millenium.
