This is a track called "Haters" produced by Marly Marl, which is available on white label vinyl

Nah this is old, released back in 2000.  I don't think its to do with DJ PREMIER , its off Marley Marl's Hip-Hop Dictionary album.
http://www.discogs.com/release/86549, states Marley Marl as the producer.
But this got to be one of my best LL tracks, beat is wicked.
