Mystikal Charged With Rape

Mystikal Videotaped Alleged Rape, Police Say

Mystikal, whose real name is Michael Tyler, turned himself in to police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, early today.

His lawyers accompanied him.

He's accused of raping a 40-year-old acquaintance and threatening to tell police someone had written checks to her from his account without permission.

Police say he also called two men over to his house, and that they also sexually assaulted the woman. They say during the assault, the woman was repeatedly threatened with prosecution in connection with the checks.

Police say charges are pending against the other two men.

No comment from the rapper's lawyers or his record label.

"According to reports, the alleged rape occurred because the victim accepted checks against the rapper's bank account even though she knew he didn't authorize them. The extortion charges stem from the rapper allegedly soliciting the woman for sex under the condition that he wouldn't turn her into the police for her crime.

When the woman appeared at the rapper's home in Louisiana, she was threatened and forced to perform oral sex on him, police report.

Tyler then called the two other men, Ellis and Carter, and told them to come over to the house, according to police. When Ellis and Carter arrived Tyler allegedly raped her as they watched. After the performer was done, they also allegedly raped and threatened the woman.

"During the attacks, the victim was repeatedly threatened with prosecution and great bodily harm. The victim was allowed to leave the residence after the attacks. She was treated and released at a local hospital," a police statement said. "  :(  :(  :(

Yes but he gave himself up and that means that he realize'sthat he done wrong and he will plead gulity and I think that with the honest he wont get as long as he should.  And I dont think Mystikal will be bad behaved in jail so he will be out b4 we no it, but thats defo fucked up his music career.
