Soulja Boy's grind was never in question. Ice even told him to get his money. All that was questioned were his skills as an artist. But at least this is all becoming a conversation..... it's not even really about Soulja Boy persay.... the quality of rap music has been on a decline and now it's being brought up on a major scale.... hopefully all this does is make people become better artists. On another note... Kanye West compared Soulja Boy to Nas in his new blog?

Hitler was able to connect with the German people, I guess thats "aight" as long as you can connect and give the people what they want? Right? Wrong. Fans and people are stupid, and they buy shit like this. Their products of mediocrity. They don't know good music, because the industry doesn't release any. And the industry won't release any, because the fans won't buy it. A circle of ignorance. Soulja Boy has no skills, he's a horrible immature punk kid, who deserves to get killed or worse. Someone needs to intervene in this society and show people what it means to be a respectful good human being.

Kids today like ecstasy, drinking Pepsi, having unprotected sex, and whoring themselves out. What they like, isn't good for them. It's a time where our society is so corrupt, so unbelievably pathetic, we need to change things for the better. Look where music has gone in the last 10 years? No where good. What do you thinks gonna happen? Music will never get better, unless people decide to take it upon themselves and do something. Music sucks, it's sucked for the last 10 years, and it'll suck for another 100 years, unless someone does something about it, and puts people like Soulja Boy out of business.

So did Vanilla Ice..... and that dude who rapped with C & C Music Factory.... they were able to connect for a minute thanks to something catchy...but that only lasts for a minute. As for skills.... I just don't see them in Soulja Boy... but if he can prove me wrong in the future, I'll gladly change my mind.
