Nas signs a deal with FILA..album drops July 12

From Jay-Z and Anheuser-Busch to Diddy and Ciroc Vodka, hip-hop and endorsement deals seem to go hand in hand these days. Never one to jump on the promotional bandwagon, Nas has finally surrendered his marketability in an endorsement deal with Italian sportswear company, Fila.

According to reports, the Queens bred MC will serve as the brand’s official spokesman.

“My best friend [Ill] Will and I loved Fila,” Nas reportedly said. “It represented prestige and everything that was cool to us [when we were younger]. When Will passed, we buried him in a black Fila sweat suit, so doing a deal with them has a lot of significance for me.”

Nas’ latest album, “Untitled,” is scheduled to hit stores on July 15.

Another track leaked today, that makes it 4 or 5 tracks we've heard already, so it's definetly dropping July 15th, if not he's fucked.

It is wierd that he has no videos, there's no Jay-Z to blame this time.
