Yea...the Durant-Oden rivalry woulda' been great in the northwest. Oh well...They should change their name now. Oklahoma City Supersonics doesn't sound right.


They're still in Seattle for next season, though...right?

there playing in oklahoma 08-09 season but seatle kept the rights to the sonics name and colors

more of a friendly rivalry than anything between the two cities. its probably no worse than LA vs the Bay.

thay have to change their name. Seattle owns the rights to the Supersonic name and colors.

i doubt it would even be a city rivalry, it would be more of a Oden vs. Durrant rivalry IMO.
