You might have a gem or two in there but the time period you listed was a very poor time for sports cards.  It was during this time the sports card market bottomed out with the exception of a few cards like say a Griffey rookie card from 89 upper deck.  You should go to the book store and get a Beckett price guide b/c I couldn't give you values of cards off the top of my head.  But like I said with the exception of a few cards this was a very week period for sports cards.

^^^The 89 upper deck Griff rookie has plummeted in price so bad, I got it for my 8th grade graduation years ago and the card now is down to like 30.00 or 40.00 such a joke, it used to be up around 150.00 and then when Griff got hurt all the time and fell off the card went down big time  :-\

Becket doesn't mean anything, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay you physically, not some numbers in a book.

Like, because Becket says I can get 2 dollars for some average card does that mean I can easily go on e-bay and sell that card and several others like it and make a quick 30 dollars?

Like was said, mass production of cards began in this period and continued through today, so most cards are worthless and nobody will buy them.

However, ebay or beckett.com is a nice place to sell cards.  People sell lots all the time on ebay of a few random cards for a couple of bucks.  You can offer the chance at winning one of your higher priced cards and then just sell off random lots to people.  Hope that makes sense.

No one will go on ebay to buy a card that book for 2 bucks.  Now say you got a rookie card that books for 60 bucks you could pull in 20-40 bucks for it.

No he wont b/c the time period he listed is possibly the worst for sports cards.  It wasn't until 94 cards started having more value.
