most these cats are small minded, Dre should be running shit like iovine, but he settled with what he got.  Not a big problem but you should never settle for something when you can do it bigger.  Thats the problem with most of the world though.

He takes long enough making beats without having to handle all the other shit, so that's why Jimmy is there and that's why he's getting paid, he's the boss, the business man, the dude who's put everything together with Interscope, and he's made some very good decisions over the years, he's got like several of the biggest names in HipHop ever at the label and HipHop's most bankable producer

I mean some of them is cool,but thanx to Jimmy there's always a couple of corny cuts.
Thanx to Jimmy there's no Hittman and Joell Ortiz etc.
I take Hittman and Joell Ortiz over any Em and 50 album any day.

Dre has dropped doe Records IMO for acts such 50, right down to HITTMAN imo
GRODT had a few Notable hit records, likewise em's albums!
Though i do share your annoyance regarding the HITTMAN  & Joel Ortiz  issue...

That's true, but couldn't he have hired someone to deal with the business side of things? That way he could have still retained ownership of the label.
