I like lots of those joints.  Did you see the post I did on Space the other day?  I heard that song on XM the other day and it's been years since I had heard it.  Incredible song.  I hear that album is good so I am trying to find it.

I've been listening to a lot of Morrissey lately too for some reason.

Here's a little contribution even though they aren't british, but I fucking love this song (and I wanna put babies in the lead singer):

i missed that space thread, im gonna have a search for it. I used to worship there first album, was a classic but i got rid of it as i did with all my other britpop albums. The second album wasnt as good.

Back in 6th form id always argue that they were better than oasis  :o

I remember when blur and oasis both released tracks on the same day. It was billed as the winner is the better band, blur won with country house but i think if you look back at there legacy oasis were better.

Definetly. "Country House" is a better song than "Roll With It" IMO but that doesn't make Blur the better band.

Heres another great song from that era.

The first you put up there is a classic in fact the phonics first album is one of my classics, bittersweet symphony is a brilliant song to and the rest I remember for being irritatingly catchy or just irritating lol.

I tell you what I was bumping recently and this is a throwback to the old days to, do you remember N Trance? lol

Forgot all about ocean colour scene, a great track.

Its crazy how all these bands have either disbanded or have gone independant.

had to post again. What about the Stone Roses - Fools Gold. Tune!

I just listened to every one of them tunes and they all brought back memories. Remember how explosive Bitter Sweet Sympthany was when it first dropped, everyone was like woahhhhh who the fuck are these guys, what a song, what a video, it was huge. I remember everyone singing it and thinking it was amazing. Ive honestly never met anyone who didnt like it. Such a good feel good song. Even the stuff after that the Verse dropped, Sonet, Drugs DOnt Work, amazing tracks.

wardy
