DJ at times ruin Mixtapes with their constant talking/yelling/shout outs through out a song!
I think every Dj as far as i';m aware has committed this crime..

I'm not sure A rapper hosting a mixtape is a good idea, that spot IMo is reserved for a DJ.
Explain how you want the DJ to host your tape, once that is understood i see no reason why a DJ can't host your tape, as long as he/she stays within the precepts of the agreement!
