jay-z is clearly the king of ny and the king of RAP.blueprint 2 will be another classic from the most consistant rapper ever.
pac is an average rapper who blew up with his controvercial image. he has never dropped an album over 4 mics.x-z is the most consistant rapper on the west coast.stillmatic is a 4 mic boring album.

But as far as his rhymes go they were just average, he did try to get away from that 'bling, bling' attitude compared to some of the shit he's put out in the past but it still wasn't very innovative or original content wise imo.
