UP IN SMOKE DVD QUESTION
« on: July 20, 2008, 02:00:26 PM »
Its probably been asked a million and one times in the past
But I was watching the Up In Smoke Tour DVD again earlier today
And Im still tryna figure out what Snoop Dogg song that is
When Snoop and Kurupt is dancing around backstage
Homeys like "My nigga Goldie Loc in the house"

Its eluded me for years and Im tryna figure it out
Any answers?

Can you give us any other lyrics? I'm sure I'd know it if I pulled the dvd out to watch, but without that I gotta have more to go off of.

Theres no real lyrics to the part they played actually I think its from the end of the song or something
They mostly focused on the beat and shit Ill see if I can figure something out

Do you have the dvd in right now where you could tell me how far in to the dvd it is? If so I can pop the dvd in to that part & probably help ya out.

I went to this concert at the Target Center in Minnesota. There was like 6 of us that went, and we smoked so much at the concert dude forgot how to get back to his house. People just passing joints and blunts around, it was crazy. The audio was super-tight, sounded like the cds, and not just some people screaming into the mic.

I dont got nothing against anyone but it pissed me off that all the white kids that just wanted to go to see Eminem and had no clue who none of the other artists were bought up all the tickets. I started to go robbin niggas but level heads prevailed

Well, I was a white kid then, (still am white of course, but not a kid) and I was more interested in seeing Dre, Cube & Kurupt more than Em. But I would say that Em ripped it the best out of everyone, he sounded the most like how he sounds on a cd, really smooth flow and all that. Cube was like that as well. But the whole concert was fucking dope. Hearing Dre & Snoop doing songs off of The Chronic & Doggystyle was nice. That concert was hella long too. They had so many fucking hits to go through with all the artists that were there.

They had this guy who came out between acts and did little comedy bits because the sets were so elaborate. He asked to take a hit of this guys blunt in the front row, and spit it out and said "Man, this motherfucker just handed me a damn cigar with no fucking weed in it? What the hells wrong with you, man?" and everybody starting laughing and they had his pic up on the big screen.

And that talking skull thing that came down? I couldn't understand a fucking word of what that thing was saying. Is that video of Dre&Snoop shooting those people in the liquor store on the dvd? I have it, but I've never actually watched any of it.

I just watched most of this.....the comedian guy does basically the same no weed in the cigar routine on the dvd as he did at the concert I went to. Must have been a running joke at all the shows.
