Practise, LEARN.  If you write sumting which people critize, analyze their critizm, work on what they say you lack, it might be hard first, but keep trying.  
STAY POSITIVE, NEVER think negative and beleive that you'll be good/better because your working hard to excell.
Destroy ego, completely, it'll stop you from growing, it'll kill your skillz... dont talk to much shit, always understand the fact that theres ALWAYS room for improvement.  
Dont get to frusturated and give up, chill out, yo let it flow, writers blocks aint noting but lack of insparation.  If you have a block, just let shit go, type out naything, feel the words, bump sum music, sum beats, sumting insparational.
Keep practasing, always, rememebr, writing rhymes aint a job, aint a burden, its sumtin u do to chill out, express yo self, yo, if u dont feel dat way about it, dont do it nahmean, peace
