Stomache Work Outs

anybody know any good methods to get a 6 pac?  ive been goin to the gym for about 6 months and ive been workin out everything but i dont see alotta improvement around that area? anybody know any good methods?

Only 6 pack I got at the moment is Heineken.

But for real, you gotta do a variety of abdominal exercises. Switch it up, work out everything (abs obliques, etc), and you'll get crazy results.

Usually what I do is go to the gym and when I observe someone doing a different ab exercise, I'll throw it into my routine to add variation.

it mostly comes down to diet. the gut area is the first part of the body to build up layers of fat so it'll always be the hardest part to make look good, and you can do all the sit ups in the world but if you don't eat right, it won't do shit. sometimes doing a bunch of ab workouts can even hurt you because it'll make your gut more swole, but with all that fat there it'll only look like a big gut. you gotta research the right foods and shit so that you keep your flab down to begin with.

Lots of lean protein, low carbs, lots of water. little fat.

SOme cuts of beef, but they usually taste like they were produced by Goodyear.

tuna is really good too....do lots of leg raises  and also sit ups on a decline bench is wat i do 8)

do 100+ sit-ups every night before you go to sleep.
