The principles behind such policies are so thoroughly rotten, that one should seriously wonder whether Obama really is "the lesser of the two evils." America beware.
Not to mention that the oil companies will just pass on the cost to its customers. Obama clearly does not understand economics.
including the right to make money
I love how Obama arbitrarily decides that a private company made too much money, so he is going to hit them with extra taxes. Is that even legal? Who decides that a certain company has made too much money? That sounds like something a socialist country like Venezuela would do. Not to mention that the oil companies will just pass on the cost to its customers. Obama clearly does not understand economics.Someone needs to tell Obama that the United States is a capitalist country that believes in free markets, including the right to make money. I told you, Obama is going to single handedly destroy the American economy.

Obama's energy policy is socialist, and America was not supposed to be a socialist country, but rather a free-market capatalist country. Now CWalker, since I agreed with you, you atleast owe it to me to explain how a McCain presidency would be less socialist... Because government spending under Republicans is higher than that of Democrats, not even counting the great increase in military budget, George W. Bush administation has grately increased domestic spending, government programs, and federal regulations. So you say you believe in the free market that is very hypocritical when Federal Spending always increases more under Republicans. (if you were real and true to what you say you'd support Ron Paul)CLINTON WAS MUCH LESS SOCIALIST THAN BUSH HAS BEEN.
hey, why not rob some oil companies? The principles behind such policies are so thoroughly rotten, that one should seriously wonder whether Obama really is "the lesser of the two evils." America beware.
