Foreigners can't appreciate westcoast rap?

i read some post going at some foreigners on this forum. Some of u from usa think that we can't understand this gansta westcoast rap because we don't live in La. But i think it's one of the reason the westcoast don't shine no more because they do music for their selves.
I want to say one thing to some ignorant people on this forum who think that america is the world center , i'm from France and i'm Black !
Don't be surprised we have a lot of black people in France , we have ours ghetto in France with drug dealers hustler ,gun fight and all that shit
of course it's not on some gangbang shit and it's not usual to kill like in the la streets but in france it's hard when u from the ghetto and when u are black . So we understand here what they mean in the music when they talk about hustlin the police the governement ,survive...
But just don't forget one thing it's music and u don't have  to be from LA to appreciate good Music  in europe we are openmind to all kind of stuff and i 'm 30 i been listening hiphop since 92 so nobody can tel him me wath i can listen or not.
The people  talk bout something they don't know , how many people go to france , how many people can put frrance on a world map . i been to new york  i been to london i been to africa . Don't forget that there is place much worst that american ghetto in africa , america latina, even in europe .
We just love and appreciate the westcoast music and i do understand most of the song because in the france ghetto with a lot of similarity with american ghetto of course we don't bang and we don't kill each other like in your ghetto but we do understand so stop think that european can talk about this music we love outside america the music is world wide and ask snoop game or any rapper who came in europe for touring if we don't appreciate it .
