jayo felony is crap compared to E4-0
jayo has some good songs with some pretty good, basic, 4 by 4, new york rapper type lines..
but E40, that man's voice is a musical instrument unto itself and everything he raps about comes out as normal conversation with extreme wit, 40's shit is not normal rap music by any means, and dude is a fucking legend.
that being said i love the whole "whatcha gon do" album and some other newer shit, but there's no way jayo felony could ever see E40 on any skill related level.

you start bothering with those compare-rappers-threads. you can't compare some rappers, especially the one's like E-40. Forty has a unique style, unique flow. That's just bullshit...

Anyway, lyrically there only few rappers who see E-40. Jayo Felony is a good rapper also but not on 40's level. He mostly sucks solo and shines as a feature.

Jayo for sure. 40 is off the chain, but Jayo is one of the most underrated rappers of my time..
