WHAT REALLY HAPPENED EXCLUSIVE!!

rick ross noticed DJ Vlad was Smoking weed and that goes against procedure 4521.32DA of the Correctional Officer Weekend Warrior Handbook. Officer ross then issued a citation for Vlad to stop smoking weed when the DJ refused rick ross secured the parameters and took down the criminal w/pepper spray & then used drug sniffing dogs to confinscate the rest of the paraphanellia
