This sounds like some ICP shit from back when Marshall Mathers LP dropped mixed in with the original haze version.

Doubt it's official or even made by DJ Haze.

Man, this is the intro to "Ain't nothin' but a bitch thang" by ICP from 2001.  That's Madrox as Em and Violent J as Dre.
