EDIT:

Ok, now I was listening to this song carefully... and at the start where rappers usually credit the producer of the track.... Game says....
''Dre YOU must have been off the henasy when HE did this one nigga''

Now to me this sounds like Game is talking to Dre and says that Dre must have been too drunk from the henasy to produce a track so Jelly Roll produced this one.

Also from a dubcnn interview Game says it is Jelly Roll himself
Quote
Dubcnn: One thing which kinda showed the quality of your last album is that even the leftovers were on a high quality level. There was this one leftover called "Hard Liquor" with Jelly Roll. That song was easy album material in my eyes, and would have probably been by far the best song on other peoples albums?

The Game: Yeah, I wrote that and Jelly Roll produced that track. But you know, that wasn't shit but some mixtape shit.

It is officially Jelly Roll on the hook. Because Jelly Roll is credited for the vocals on the Hard Liquor (Interlude) from LAX. So it must have been him on the original leftover from The Documentary.

So i have come to a conclusion that:

Hard Liquor (feat. Jelly Roll)
Produced by Jelly Roll

the game - hard liquor feat. jelly roll produced by jelly roll.mp3 - 5.40MB

It's Jelly Roll, not Kokane. Not sure about the beat though.

I'm sure Game says "Dre he must have been on the hennessey when he did this one" - i.e. talking to Dre about Jelly Roll.

Nah, it's "Dre, you must have been off the Hennessey when you did this one nigga.

There was some interview some years ago where it was revealed that Dre was in the studio with Game, and Dre asked Game to come up with a hook for the track, but Game didn't come up with anything, or Dre didn't like it, so Dre called in Jellyroll to do the hook.. I think it was mentioned in the context of 50's hook-writing skills.
Dunno if it was a 50 or Game interview, NJD, or whoever it was, but I remember reading it, and it sounds kinda believable.

Btw, the interlude on Game's album sounds slightly different from the released version of Hard Liquor.

Jelly Roll is a producer, theirs no way he'd be on the hook without producing the track. Game name drops Dre all the time. Saying this sounds like Kokane is insulting to him.

Game contradicts himself all the time, he seems rather confused.

No ?

15. Never Can Say Goodbye (feat. Latoya Williams)
Produced by Ervin "EP" Pope
Bass by Willam "kiddFLYY" Taylor
Guitar by Glenn Jeffrey
Vocals by Traci Nelson & Jellyroll

I know Jelly did vocals before without producing the track as well.
