it is a Kurupt and Roscoe album.

if you heard Roscoe in a couple tracks with Kurupt, he used the terms, "Frank and Jess."

Is this still dropping, because I DO remember Roscoe talking about this a while back. I'm wondering if this is just something listed a long time ago or if it's really coming out. Would be dope though any new Kurupt and Roscoe.
