The scene from American History X came to mind straight away when i read the title

Definately a scene that makes me uncomfortable every time. A lot of the gory styff doesn't faze me, 'cause it almost never seems real. But that American History X scene - it hits hard. I got a grimace on my face every time I see it.

Another scene like that is from Kill Bill vol. 1, where The Bride cuts the achilles tendon of Buck (who came to fuck). The whole shot is over in a flash and if you blink you miss it, but to me, getting your achilles tendon cut seems like the most fucked up thing that could happen to you. I'm serious, I'm getting uncomfortable and nauseus just thinking about that happening to me.
