Slim Thug's beat sounds just like Grow up, 30 somethin, and Lost ones to me.

Well, I think that's correct.. I think he's handing out the leftovers he had from that era that he didn't use. A lot of the recent Dre-beats points to this.
Pope Mobile intro, Slim Thug track.. even though the Slim Thug track was kinda dull compared to beats he gave Busta.
It was the same in 1999 before 2001 dropped, people said he needed a new style and direction, and then he dropped the bomb. 

And what about 50's "When it rains it pours".. ?? It sounds like some of Hi-Tek's more successful beats.

Hi-Tek is the shit, altough I was dissapointed by the L.A.X. beat, it was a lil boring and just a simple loop. Ole English is a different story, that production is amazing.

However I don't see the point of this thread, seing as Hi-Tek is one of the 5 main producers behind Detox.
