Recording Over Beats (MCs)

YO!

I'm Your Man For This One, I've Done SEVERAL Remixes, With Acapellas.  IF The Emcee Uses The Same Beat That You're Gonna Use, It's Easy, Because The Timing Will Be Perfect.  What You Want To Do Is Get Cool Edit PRO, Not Just Cool Edit 2000, Because Pro Has Multi-Tracking.  You Pull It Up, And It Has 64 Channels, And You Can See EAch Audio Wave On Each Channel.  One Channel Can Have Lead Vocals, One Channel Can Have The Beat.  One Channel Can Have Maybe Some Drums You Added, It's Awesome.

Another One That Would Work Is Cakewalk.  It's The Same Thing.

Since You Can See The Different Audio Waves, You CAn Cut, Stretch, Push, Loop, Delete, Mute, Whatever The Hell You Want, It's Amazing, Actually.

Ask B-pLeAsE, He's Heard Some Shit I've Done, It's Nice.

Using Sound Recorder Works, But It's Shitty Quality, And You Can't Go Back And Change Anything.

Using Cool Edit Or Cakewalk Will Be The Closest Thing To Having Complete Control, Just Like They Do In The Studios.

Ahhh the Pro version ;)

Sounds like what I need.

I think splitting the acapella into samples up into sections and triggering them on beat would give absolutely perfect timing.

I'll see how I get on once my production is up to speed.
