Earlier this year, dubcnn brought you our exclusive three-part interview series with Xzibit, "The Life And Times Of Xzibit" (click here to read), which received tremendous feedback. Around the same time, X suffered the loss of his new born son and naturally, took a quick hiatus from the game.

After regaining his forces and knocking out some movie projects, Mr. X 2 the Z has just hit us with two new tracks that he wants to blast out there. They were on his MySpace page earlier this week and we have the high quality download available for ya'll.

He once again teamed up with his long time friend Jelly Roll on both tracks. The first one is called "Forever You Won't", produced and featuring Jelly Roll. X does his thing, make sure to check out the track below:

Xzibit - Forever You Won't (ft. Jelly Roll)

The second joint is the intro to a full album that Xzibit is working on with Jelly Roll for a business venture that he started on the film and TV side of things. The project is called "The Bakers Dozen", 13 tracks of killer, and here goes the 2 minute intro for ya'll:

Xzibit & Jelly Roll - The Bakers Dozen (Intro)

Is Jelly Roll a childhood friend of X or what? He seems to always be Xzibit first choice when it comes to production.

I would rather he wasn't first choice. Get some Quik, Dj Khalil, Hi-Tek and Mr Porter like he has on his last couple of albums.

Man I can't stand Jelly Roll's production. Xzibit was on the right road when he had Hi-Tek, J.R., Khalil, Denuan Porter, Battlecat, Timbaland & Danja on WOMD.

Sounds good, i'll check these out. Xzibit should work more with DJ Khalil & JR Rotem.
