As previously reported, the Ambassador of the Bay E-40 is gearing up to release his latest solo album "The Ball Street Journal" on October 28th through Sick Wit It/BME. This will be his first solo since "My Ghetto Report Card" in 2006, which was certified Gold and spawned the hit single "Tell Me When To Go".

We brought you E-40's new single a while back, for which he reached out to Akon to provide the production and the hook. The track is called "Wake It Up" and the video has finally been released.
