Same here. I call that old flow his 19th St. flow. It was so damn raw.

I will say though he's still got tight ass lyrics even today, but his flow isn't as raw as it used to be. I'm sure he could still do it if he wanted to, but I think he's trying to tone it down for some mass appeal? I could be wrong, but that's my guess.
