yeah Toones is hot but its kinda unfair to compare him as the best when he drops 1 project a year no offense... I meant like who's reppin the West and putting out a lot of dope tapes that u fuck wit.  I def agree that when it comes to DJ'ing and being nice with scratches and mixing he is the King of the Westcoast no question
