CC said he wants to hit so who knows where he will end up, probably where the money is best. But if I was a potential suitor of CC his weight would scare the hell out of me. I just think he will be the next Bartola Colon.

350!!
manny loves baseball. he loves it so much that he doesnt care if he does good or bad, he just wants to play. with no pressure on himself, he just plays to his god-given natural abilities. thats why he does so well in the post-season. if he strikes out, hes not thinking "ok, i HAVE to get a hit next AB". one of the reasons he didnt like boston was because everyone was putting pressure on him and bothering him everywhere he went. he grew tired of that and grew tired of boston. he knows new york is JUST like that..if not worse. so what makes you think he will want to sign with the yanks?

Be fair to the 2007 team, they did have major help from their farm system. They were either actually productive on the field or helpful through trades.
