I'm not sure how you run your business but why should the paying customer be "grateful"? He's not be giving something for free. He's paying for a service. It should be a good product that is delivered as quickly as possible. You should be grateful to them for supporting your operation especially when there is a lot of negative attitude toward it. If the product got pulled, that kind of thing happens. I can see how people might get upset with it but it does happen. Not your fault. However if you list it for sale before you bother to get everything taken care of then pull it after people pay for it then the responsibility of that error falls on you. I'm not sure how much of the OP's story is accurate here but if the DVD was pulled, why wouldn't you just tell him that and refund his money instead of sending another DVD that you knew he didn't ask for in the first place? that mufucka did not pull that dvd off cause he wasnt sayin that shyt to anyone at all....i kept gettin emails from all kinds of people and none of em got their product or were told that the dvd was pulled off the site...this fuck nigga just made that lie up cause he's been exposed simple, and he never replied to any of them guys that emailed me asking me questions....

understand your point but let me clear this up, there has never been 1 complaint about our products or the business before this one...Ok now the project was done, and ready to go, we started selling it I shipped 4 dvds out and the guy who gave me the footage emails me and tells me he now doesnt want it out until after his documentry is released (which includes some of the footage) so being a good friend I am i agree and pull it, the reason 3 people didnt get refunds was because some faggot (who will remain nameless) filed a paypal complaint when I told him the dvd wasnt getting shipped/// In turn that froze my paypal account with the 2 other customers money so i cant do shit until paypal resolves the issue with said faggot and reopens my paypal account allowing me to send money. and yes they should be great full to get professional products at a fraction of what other people sell them for
nd yes noone got the dvd because we pulled it off the site a week ago... we are not releasing it until gobi releases his documentry. Theres actully 3 people who got their dvd, and i have trust in them not to leak it. The 4 ppl who DID order it and didnt recieve it got/are getting refunded from paypal. If you havent been refunded yet thats because you opened a paypal complaint and ima let paypal do its jobwhat amazes me is we sent hundreds of orders out faster then ANY OTHER place, we offered PERFECT products time and time again but one situation that gets us sidetracked and now we are the "worst" company ahhaha ill never understand internet dweebs... yall will forever be internet dweebs its a shame for your children to have such losers as parents
