Drum solos not on the list of acceptable touchdown celebrations

Somehow, on a Sunday in which Chad Ocho Cinco got in the endzone, it was a bearer of his former last name who had the most outlandish endzone celebration. Following a 66-yard scoring run in the fourth quarter, Titans rookie running back phenom Chris Johnson ran over to the Chiefs' pep band and started playing the conga drums. A fitting instrument, as the drummer is always the happiest looking guy in any band.

For his musical merriment, the league has slapped the young standout with a $10,000 fine, which Johnson oddly plans on appealing:

"I am not happy about it,'' Johnson said. "I knew I was going to get a fine, but I am totally upset about how much. I am going to appeal. … There's no fun in this league. I was trying to have fun and they want to penalize us for having fun.''

What Johnson takes issue with is the fact that the afforementioned Bengals' receiver was only penalized $7,500 by the league for his celebration against Tennessee last season, in which he got behind a CBS camera and pointed it at the field.

Well, we weren't in an economic crisis last year, Chris. The hard-up billionaires running the show gotta scare up some more revenue somehow and they aren't doing it by letting you have fun playing this game. You're just lucky you're not Hines Ward. Each smile is costing that guy a cool 50 Large.
