Yeah T.I. got a dope flow. It's his voice that's annyoing on some song, too southern for me and he mumbels a lot. Ludacris on the other hand has a very "clear" voice/delivery.

Mos Def is dope but hes not known for his amazing flow either. Id say Snoop has a pretty elementary flow if youi wanna be serious. TI killed him on that throwaway track for the album.

mos is top 10 for flow... now common is more known for his lyrics than his flow (which can be really bad at times, but is mostly just average). common has his own charm though

alot of you guys are confusing flow with delivery... on paper trail tis delivery is alot weaker imo, but go back to king and you can hear conviction in his words
