Doggfather and Last Meal had so many dope cuts removed from the retail releases, it makes mad. Snoop relied on his homeboys to carry his sophomore album, and on the latter he was under the influence of too much "Kokane".

Tha Last Meal is my #2, Doggfather my #3. #4 is a tie between Blue Carpet and Top Dogg. Top Dogg has some standout songs, TBC has not, but overall I don't like Top Dogg that much.

im surprised how much people like doggfather... i didn't listen to it back in the day, my first time was only a year or so ago at most. the first things I noticed were how mediocre the beats were, how weak snoops delivery and flow were, and how bad the sound quality was. Something went horribly horribly wrong on that album.

on a side note... i think if you take half of R&G and half of the 213 record you end up with something pretty good.

Why are westcoast fans so obsessed with the old days..I mean I love the old era but lets move forward. snoop is a legend but its time 2 move on! I look on the boards and all you see is threads about what the best snoop albums are or what's the best kurupt verse was etc.. wit all due respect I think yall covered these subjects a million times over.much respect 2 all dem legends but Lets get on 2 some new shit!
