40 water has never fallen off, he just has way more game than anybody else on the west. You want to talk about falling off... pretty much the rest of the west cause they dont do shit. At least he's an innovator and moves along. He is not stuck in the past. Been there, done that.

I disagree too.  E-40 has gotten even better the last two years.  Working with Akon and T-Pain and putting out gems.  This guy knows good music and "Wake It Up" and "U and Dat" are smash hits.  Other rappers in the West need to follow the trend like E-40, Too Short, Snoop, The Game, Baby Bash, and start working with more versatile rappers and musical geniouses like T-Pain and E-40.  Big ups to E-40.  I think E-40 and Ray J would be a smash collabo.  Do your thang 40, keep making these bomb club records and ignore all these haters while your stackin bank and they are playing with no-name artists and sitting there with no hit records.  40 water doin it real proper like!

he's jumping on the bandwagon like every other artist in the industry who has a little spotlight on them
