West Coast isnt dead... its only dead to those who want it to be and cant support the tough times/ slow times that are going down right now... all it takes is a few dope releases and all the waiting will be worth it... im sick of anyone who says that rap/hip hop/ west coast/ east coast etc is dead... its only dead when NO ONE is out there trying to put their shit out... I had to sit back and think about it, the west coast aint dead. its just certain parts of Cali that aint doing a fucking thing. Northern Cali has alot of rappers doing there thing and putting quality music in the stores ya'll are just focused on southern cali and not cali as a whole. I mean shit look at it. theres the jacka, mr fab, t-nutty, shit too many rappers to name coming out of northern cali. So fuck naw the west aint dead. ya'll just aint listening to the right shit

Some shit is good, and most of its BULLSHIT!! but 2 say West Coast hip hop is dead, I DONT THINK SO!!, a RECESSION is more like it. Remember everything has a cycle, everybody gets a turn. Now I will say the SOUTH has had a long run, and I aint mad at em. Look at their technique "TRUE UNITY!!" just when U might be tired of them, they put out someone new. "Persistence Overrides Resistance!" A statement that can take anyone far!! Lets take the NEW WEST!, Im one of the originators of that movement, if Not The Originator. I originally started pushing it due 2 the lack of interaction with the OLD WEST. See what most people dont realize is U cant be King 4ever, but it is right of passage 2 pass the baton. If the old heads had any brains passing the baton can help U reinvent yourself 2 squeeze out some more time. But i've learned what the problem is. Its that FUCKING LIMELIGHT! its so fucking ADDICTIVE, NO ONE ever wants 2 give that up. They care about THAT, more than the money  But that movement really aint SHIT either cuz everybody in the  New West isn't really callaborating either. My squad(IV LIFE RECORDS) was West Coast's TRUE last hope and we dropped the ball. We were on EVERY FUCKING SITE(ask around!) But one monkey doesn't stop the show(Im now SOLO!) so I reached out to alot of these cats & got no response or a bullshit one. I dont know what it is with people either SELFISH as a MUTHAFUCKA or too INTIMIDATED that U may become bigger than they R. At first I said the West was not going to be brought back by 1 man it would take the entire West Coast, well I still believe that I just Believe we need a TRUE LEADER 2 Champion the cause & I AM HIM!!!!!! I've been in the lab constructing the formula and I'm almost done. What I do need is the support of all MY people, BLACKS, WHITES, ASIANS, LATINOS, and EVERYONE ELSE, Promote me 2 the top and I will CHANGE THE GAME!! Ok...Let me tell u what really happened...The title should be, "Pac let The West Coast Down".....All you Pac lovers need to understand that Pac was not really West Coast and not really East Coast...Pac was a combination of both and along with Suge, had no business bringing his beef with the east to the west...When Suge signed him, I knew the west was in trouble for the future..THe present bought alot of fame and fortune but the fact that Dre and even Snoop wanted no part of Pac's beef say alot..Dre was out as soon as Pac signed really and even though Snoop and pac had a good relationship at the beginning, they were barely speaking at the end..Death Row could have continued to be the best rap label in history for years and continued repping the west? iInstant gratification is what DR got but over the long haul, it was the beginning of the downfall of the west....I know tha Pac lovers are not going to agree and this is not a diss to him as a rapper cause I respect his talent as much as anybody but The West would have been better off if he had kept his Ass on the East coast and handled his business like a man instead of coming to the west and recruiting a whole coast to help him fight his battle with BAd Boy...DR could have continued to put WC artists on board and who knows what would have happened...Sorry but Pac should never have come to the west and even though he talked a good game and was grateful to be out of prison, I don't think he really knew what he was getting into with Suge...

Pac was always West Coast tho,he was born on the East we all know that,but even from the early days u know he was with D.U.

Then came the Thug Life era etc..Pac repped the Bay Area hard. He was always a West Coast dude,even IF his name was MC New York when he was younger dude still learnt all his game on the West Coast.

I agree as 2 what u said bout the Suge shit tho,Suge was always shady 2 me. Mayb we got it twisted...MAYB Suge really was down 4 Pac.. Who knows..
