I know most yall never heard of my cousin who died last weekend.  But I feel he didn't get enough due on here. And he's from Cali too. Anyway let me break it down really quick on his accomplishments.

Turned down a job with Organized Noize to work for Noontime like back in 97.
He was responsible for Jazze Pha (A Noontime client) working with hella bay cats.
 In 99/2000 he signed Beyonce to a publishing deal with the company he worked for, Hitco( Left Noontime).
Hitco was a division of Laface/Arista and he was LA Reid's protege.
My cousin was behind the publishing/organizing of "I like the way u move" by Outkast (Big Boi)
Promoted to A & R @ Laface and he signed Ciara!!!!
He was responsible for the publishing/organizing of " Yeah" by Usher feat. Luda  Lil John
LA Reid bounced to Def Jam as CEO and brought Shake along as a VP A&R!
My cuzzo signed Jeezy and Rick Ross to Def Jam.
Promoted to Senior A&R!!
After Jay stepped down from his position, my cousin was given the job by LA Reid, June 08, Senior VP of Def Jam @ age 34!!!!

i can't understand,he was takin meds after the stroke or he was 'just' depressed ? i don't wanna mind your family business,but its sad and kinda strange for a guy in his 30s with a wonderful work and a family.
