remixes of classic legendary songs? i think GMG might find that dre owns his publishing and rights to "creative direction" over his songs..  dre won against death row when they tried to sell Chronic tracks individually online

other death row material is probably fair game though
yes we want to take the classics in a new direction so we have enlisted the talent of our roster to breathe new life into stale songs even if they are classics

I do some promotional work for GMG/BLE/BLR/Lustig. Who are you exactly?

it is a process that takes a significant amount of time and negotiation we will publish several items soon but for the time being we must determine what materials will sell well and what materials have appeared elsewhere previously and therefore are not quite as interesting to the public there is a significant quantity of dog pound related media so that may be our first release

I can't speak for the schedulers over at Global, but there has been a string of lawsuits due to us acquiring Death Row's master recordings. Various "ghost writers" have demanded payment and such which is causing us to spend money on legal fees. The Death Row catalog is 100% owned by GlobalMusicGroup of New York/Canada/Alabama. Roland Turner and Anthony Marotta are the heads of the company.

We had planned a 2Pac release in 2009, but that may not come so soon due to various troubles with Evergreen, Eagle Vision, and everyone else who think they have a right to the piece of the pie. When we have the chance to release Death Row material, I gurantee you - the fans will be pleased. Also, I have information from the designer of the Global Music Group site that this you are not an employee of GMG - GMG A & R, but an imposter bootlegger known as Gurjeelitt who resides in California and owns the site 2PacForum.com.

Please note that legal action is being taken against those that slander Global's good name - 2PacForum, DeathRowRecordings, etc.

Thanks for your time.

Also, please feel free to visit our site - GlobalMusicGroup.net and check out our message boards! You can direct all your questions to C.E.O. - Roland Turner. Roland very actively visits the site, because he cares about you - the fans and supporters of the biggest up and coming label. You are not the one I was referring to "kurupt4life". I was referring to GMG A & R who posted above you while answering your question. Sorry for the confusion, friend.

i urge you to stop speaking on behalf of our company or we will pursue our legal options you clearly have very little idea about things and we have no 2pac projects slated for 2009 as 2009 is nearly over please refrain from this slander kilo2

We are indeed looking for serious artists, but you would want to speak to Gerald, Artie, Anthony, or Roland. Please feel free to take a look at our A & R section on the site.

I see you would like to be on the biggest up and coming label as well. Here, I will do you a favor. Submit your application to admin@globalmusicgroup.net, and you can work under the one you fellows call Kilo or I know as Tanner. Please be sure to submit your resume and clear the slander off your site before you apply for the job.
