Maybe Pac got a hold of some tapes & Beats being produced at the time by some eastsoast artist's?
(Someone let him listen to some advanced shit!, And when he came out of jail he dropped them first!)

Took Nas "Street Dreams", Biggie/Junior MAFIA's "Get Money" (Remix) ect...
(Nas had been working on It was written for a while..)
