Last year Inland Empire representer and Ruff Ryders signee Kartoon released his mixtape "The 1st Driveby". Back on the grind he's preparing the release of a new tape Talk of the Town which boasts an all star line up with features from Jadakiss, Cassidy, 50 Cent, Mistah Fab, Problem, Bad Lucc and more. We've got two tracks from the mixtape for you to check out today, "Turn This Out" a Goldie Loc produced track with Papa Smurf joining in with a verse. The second track "Street Life" sees Kartoon accompanied by Turf Talk, Butch Cassidy & Spider Loc over a Heat Squad beat.

It doesn't stop there as Kartoon has linked up with rapbuzz.tv to put together the Talk of the Town DVD. Expect to see plenty familiar faces pop up on screen as the dvd contains appearances from Glasses Malone, Turf Talk, Jay Rock, E-40, Spider Loc, Keak da Sneak, Goldie Loc, Jelly Roll, Sly Boogy and many other of your favorite west coast artists. Set to be released mid December you can expect Kartoon to end the year on a high!

Yeh ruff ryders are still goin and Dee & Waah still run it, they seem nowadays though to let there artists go to other labels but all albums have the double R logo on them
