We've been dropping various videos and streams from Common's upcoming album "Universal Mind Control" the last few weeks, and today we would like to bring you an exclusive new joint off the album for download. It's called "Make My Day" and features the soul machine Ceel-Lo on the hook over a beat produced by Mr. DJ off Outkast fame. Comm has been performing this song live at different occasions in the past months. As the title says, this one here will make your day and get you in the mood like an easy Friday night.

This is a bit too Gnarls Barkley'ish for me.  I'll give it a few more listens to make sure, but it seems too busy, Common is trying to sound like Wayne at times.  I would think that Cee-Lo, Mr DJ, and Common would have put together something better.
