man, i been to alot of functions, and i never seen the New West fighting with the Old, so I wouldn't believe all the hype homie.
Its one West at the end of the day, the "New", means just that, modern, current, young, you feel me.  I never took it in disrespect to the veterans...but it distinguishes them from the veterans, the veterans did they thing, and continue to do they thing, while 'New West' artist still have to prove their point, and struggle for success.  Hence going through the same struggle kinda of brought them together creating this New West movement.  They understand eachothers struggles more than say...some one who's already made it, you feel me.

Its just a category like anything else, just distinguishes new up and coming, from veteran status.
Thats how I feel, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion

because of the 5% that got that hot shit that is undeniable!  you can't deny talent. and you can't deny drive and heart!
