your heart usually wants you to have any regrets.
your head though will want to give you the options, identify and understand the consequences, and ultimately use reasoning as to which is the best course of action to undertake.

i think if you follow your heart your probably going to get hurt because the heart always seems to want what you cant have

if you follow your head you will be happy enough but always left wanting more/something else.
