no but seriously I feed him twice a day.. is that bad? I look at it as breakfast and dinner.. the problem is my other cat doesnt finish her food and he moves in on her plate after shes had like 3 bites lol

Feed him in the morning and leave some food and water for the rest of the day. Your cat has to learn that he may not eat the other cat's food. If you have to, keep an eye on the other cat's food. Cats are smart enough to comprehend that.

Im not around to keep an eye on my cats plate lol.. I work like 60 hours a WEEK and then go to school from 7-10 on other nights.. my days are pretty booked lol.. I think ill just go ahead and cut off his dinner.. its sad because everytime I come home he goes insane and doesnt leave me alone until I feed him :-\

feed him with only diet food and water. If it doesn't work, buy a dog, he will eat both of your cats food, and shit
