I was a AMG/Quik fan until this album. Quik hasn't produced anything half decent in years, that shit he did for Game and Snoop was pretty awful.

feel the same

i don't know why he hooked up with game or snoop.. he should of been putting work in on a "Quik" album..

half of this website won't like it because they're stuck in the past and expect DJ Quik to put out every song sounding like some 94 dollars n sense shit.

album was really good minus a few songs...like the one with the annoying phone sample... World Wide AM, Smoke II Much, WInning, Sippi Sippi, Power 106 Drop, Can you WOrk with That, So Good, Offshore Flow, Doe and Middle...alll good.  Off the Hook was even alright once u got over that beep beep beep.

I think none of yall were ready for that album..thats my opinion!!!!!!!.... Class of '91 here too, ive been down with the 304 Posse since day 1

I like World Wide AM and that Power 106 drop a lot. The rest was kinda poor.

Half of this website didn't like it not because they're stuck in the past, but because they don't like to listen to music they dislike.

Fair enough, but it does seem like people on this board want artists to make the same record over and over again....

The subject matter pointed more towards an AMG album with all tracks featuring Quik. Some of you commenting must just be co-signing people who say it sucks so you don't lose your internet cred and never actually listened to the album. It wasn't THAT bad. It wasn't necessarily my kind of music, but neither is everything made by Tha Dogg Pound, Too Short or even 2pac.

Doe
^How is this any different from "Black Mercedes" aside from the uptempo beat? It's the same subject matter.

Smoke II Much
^Classic Quik. You're crazy if you don't agree.

Middle
^Different type of beat Quik tends to drop, just different subject.

So Good (OG)
^Quik flipped a video game sample better than most. Without Rich Boy, great track.

Winning
^Sonically sounds like a Quik beat up and down.

agree with u, partly. i like the album but its extremely hit or miss in my opinion.

"doe" -  below average southern influenced beat with terrible chorus

but then youve got tracks that are classics in "worlwide" and smoke II much".

As much polarity on a Quik album as you can find.
