Isn't this the 3rd mixtape he's dropped in the last 3 months?

Yeah, it's the third he's dropped in the past 3-4 months.  It's the third part of Top 5 or Better Series.  I like Banks career as a rapper.   When he first broke into the mainstream dude was hungry like nobody else.  He spit crazy and with conviction.  Over time, through his mixtapes, you can hear a level of satisfication reacged and the hunger fell off.  When the Big Withdraw got leaked it hindered his second release.  He managed to release the Rotten Apple but it was very New York and the singles were laced with 50.  After the disappointment of the record he experienced several personal, life altering situations.  Now when he spits he's more introspective and personal.  While he's not hungry anymore, he's still got something to prove and you can hear the conviction again.  Shine Thru is a classic from Banks.
