I THINK HES GOING SOMETHING AGAINST WESTCOAST ARTISTS BECAUSE HE NEVER LET THEM SAMPLE HIS STUFF PLUS HE NEVER WORKS WITH THEM LIKE GEORGE CLINTON AND BOOTSY COLLINS
