I think that "Enemy" track is a leftover from Doctor's Advocate 

I recall reading in XXL when that album was in the top 10 most anticipated for 2006 and it said that for features Damien Marley was on the album, and then he didn't make the final cut and a track featuring him hasn't been heard of until now... that's wassup
