Any Nate Dogg Update?

Holla to all the Westcoast Ridahz Worldwide..... For all the tru Westcoasters..... Im wondering whats the word with Nate? Im really worried bout that G.... I havent been able to get any new updates on his condition... does anyone know anything Helpful as to how his recover is going????

Nate is out of the facility he was being treated in and is now recovering in the company of family.

Continue to keep Bigg Nate in your thoughts and prayers as he gets back to 100.

Sien.... Thanks Sheist for the info... much respect.  I really hope his recovery goes well... the game just aint right with out nate.... I can imagine nate hearing the shit on the radio thinkin... i can eat these trackz... cant wait to see him back on top... let tpain and akon know whats up on the westcoast... u know....

I havent heard Snoop, DPG, or even Warren G mention Nate? let only give him a shout out? whats the deal? They gotta have been in contact with him? Hez been laid up for a while now from the 2 strokes... G up to Nate Digital.  Get well soon homie... the game needs u...

anyways,...... about nate's recovery......
thats good news. i wish him the fastest recovery. just a couple things he needs to change is his lifestyle, habits and diet.
aint no person in their 30's gets a heart attack or stroke unless they aint lving a healthy life.
so i would recommend nate give up smoking, drinking, or taking any drugs, aswell as giving up on the greasy foods, and just generally eat healthy, and last but not least, live an active lifestyle. do a bit of jogging everyday, n do some light weights. if he does that, i guarrantee he will get very healthy, and will not have another stroke or heart attack ever until maybe when he's in his 70's or sumthin. i know its hard for him to change his lifestyle, but if he's worried about living longer, and not letting another stroke happen, then he really needs to change his lifestyle. its as simple as that. 2 strokes in his 30's is ridiculous.

you would think that snoop and warren would be givin him shoutouts on their songs, since they're so close friends with nate.
its not a big deal, i guess.
maybe on warren's upcoming album, warren will show him some love.

strokez are cuased by genetics or stress from what i understand...  cant do shit bout gentics... but for stress... i agrue with that lifestyle change.. but not to ur extreme level bro... i recommend... 1) head from a fine bitch every day... 2) cut the cigerettes,,, keep the weed.....medical Marijuana niggah... it helps relax the muscles...   3) surround urself with ppl that make u happy....

thats a healthy life style to me..... all the technic shit will come along with these 3...
